Captain Daniel Packer Inne    The DPI was built on the Mystic River over 250 years ago. Square-rigger Captain Daniel Packer completed construction of the building bordering Water Street in 1756. From that time to the late 1900′s the property remained in the Packer family and their descendants, The Keelers. The Inne was restored in the 1980′s by Richard and Lulu Kiley, and remains in the family today. Today we invite travelers from near and far to step back in time with us and experience the fine fare and hospitality guests at the Daniel Packer Inne experienced over 200 years ago. 32 Water Street, Mystic, CT Reservations (860) 536-3555  http://danielpacker.com/

Pizzetta  7 Water Street Mystic, CT 06355   (860) 536-4443       It is all about keeping things simple…as in the way of fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic, to sauce that cooks on the pizza itself (no sugar, oils or fancy spices). My ingredients, some of which come from local farms, are pure enough to stand alone or are delicious as one of many combinations. I think food is beautiful; the colors, textures and smells are all part of finding the art in the food and I aim to stay true to that.  Owner – Christopher Owens  www.pizzettamystic.com
